The Lord's Presence in Numbers 10 and 35
Moses is praying that the enemies of the Lord would be scattered. And then he says, and let those who hate you flee before you. It's as though the people are encamped there and the Lord is returning to his hosts. David clearly referencing numbers 10, 35, and 36 in Psalm 68.
