Having Core Values in PMs and Product Organizations

One of our core values is maniacal focus on a customer. We often have decisions like, is it as good for our customers? Like we're built to make product teams lives better. So what we do is try to make interactions with users and user research at a regular part of PMs work habits. It helps crystallize your own understanding, but it also gets the entire company and entire team aligned on what the user's needs are.
