The first problem was that people didn't know when to use teams. So she went and did some research on what Microsoft's thought about teams. Where was that fitting into their ecosystem? She listened to a few keynote speeches that Satya Nadella had given, specifically where he talked about teams. They wanted it to be this all encompassing tool that was essentially a one stop shop. And I'm going to give you three ways to do that.
