If i'm above my calory target, but below my estimated energy expenditure, that effectively means is still a range. You know, maybe not losing weight at the precise rate that i want to, but that will still result in a positive outcome. If i get really close to my numbers, obviously successful day. Pretty good if i go over, as long as i'm under my estimated a daily energy expenditure. And so, ye, ultimately, the ap is just giving you information that you can use to make choices for yourself.
