The Fuzzy Kiwi Fruit

When I was a kid, even fuzzy kiwi fruit was not really a thing. Kiwi berries that we grow here in this region are routinely between 20 and 25% sugar but also very high levels of acidity on par with a grapefruit. So you have this wonderful sweet part balance, along with some sort of tropical notes of mango or pineapple depending on the variety. It's arguably one of the most recently domesticated crops of any global significance.
