How to Design a New Digital Service for Patients
The remit of what they're doing is around designing a new digital service for patients. Part of this fits into the strategy that we're kind of developing at morphos, which is around a single access point or a single front door for our patients. What I'm trying to do is build a single front doors, a single which we're not going to achieve overnight. In five years we might get there. But it's a lot more consistent and it's really well designedreally well structured. And serves both NHS and private patients.
