The Differences Between Eggs and Potatoes
When you boil an egg, it goes hard, but when you boil a potato, it goes soft. The three main macro nutrients that we have are fats, proteins, and carbohydrates. A professor at the Flinders or the University of Adelaide worked out how to unboil an egg and then process it to make it go back to that gloopy stuff. He got like I did an ignoble prize but secondly he worked out a technology where you could make proteins that were really hard to make. We're talking here cancer treatment proteins that used to cost $10,000 a dose and he was able to bring them down to a few dollars. So is that answering your question?
