The Eight to One Mentor Ratio
Skilful has a low eight to one mentor ratio. The students work on a team project and meet with their mentors weekly. Students are responsible for the duration of those six weeks. They're really fillding that relationship over the course of six weeks. It's when you keep these ratios small, the mentors actually get to know the students,. Their kind of strength, their weaknesses. That's really powerful.
