How Much Protein Do You Need to Gain Muscle Mass?

If you want to gain muscle mass, I don't think a lot of people need the one gram per pound. We find that the 0.7 is enough for non-professional trainees to maximize muscle mass growth. You have to remember that more protein is just more calories at some point. And so once you were kind of within seven grams of protein every single day, if you're truly consistent, it's really not going to matter.
