I think people are speculating how I'm going to do as a women's coach. And that's the piece that I've really enjoyed. This is a very resilient group of women, and that doesn't happen overnight. It's the common bond that they have. There are no secrets with it. What we're doing with our men, we're carrying over to our women,. We learn and carry over to their men.
