Are We in Hyperscale Mode or Not?

The entire company should be aligned like are we in hyperscale mode or not? It's very rare that one company has a cohesive opinion on that and that they all flip at the same time. And then generally speaking, changes to strategy are very expensive. But it tends to be this is the investment thesis and set of hypotheses that we're testing out.
