I the brady itself doesn't require disclosure of exexculpatory evidence, that is evidence that can help the accused during the bargaining process. Some jurisdiction its required, but it's not required in most jurisdictions. I think new york right now is going through that prosecutorial commission, or at least were trying to pass it. Think the south district district trens are not happy about this commissioncalling it uncon,.
