A lot of dads, i think, strugg with this idea of letting their kids go the direction they should go. And a temptation would have been for your childrento say, i want to be just like my dad and do the exact same things my dad did. How'd you encourage your kids in their own unique kind of giftedness or wiring? Well, i think you constantly asking them, what do you really like to do? What what's fun for you and all that, you know. It doesn't work from a delegation, leave alone style. It only works when you stay in contact, wto with your kids.
