What Is Seson's Bullet Point?
Cesan: Paul Seson was a hinge, a turning point. Think of this little painting as a placemat sized portal space between impressionism and the burst aesthetic pipes of the twentieth century. The post impressionists weren't a cohesive movement for the most part. They capitalized on the permission that impressionism gave them to liberate their subject matter,. technique, color palet and reliance on the art establishment. And they all hated impressionism.
