Shanna, i want to get into to day's episode of building community. I think it's allowed precelts collective to continue to evolve and grow in advance as a community. What i love about the work i do as a community professional is it allows me to gather people together for a common purpose and also give them the resources to succeed in their careers. And that marriage is really important and fascinating to me, and it's why i love to do what i do.
