Getting Deals on Market

Esteban: There's two types of deals on market. You have to be really fast with new distressed, you know, these, these ugly properties that hit the market. And if you can get it in with a really solid no brainer offer package, you might be able to get those. But for the most part, in our experience, what agents do is they go, okay, we're going to get a lot of offers on this. They put a little stiff arm on you and they go, we're not going to even look at any offers until we collect all of them over the time period.
