Is There Another Strategy That Is Even More Niche?

Right now Rob and I obviously feel based on last week's episode where we talked about making investments feel quite good about the market right now. There are lots of reasons we feel good but there are two key reasons. One sentiment is a little iffy right now so we feel there's an opportunity to do a deal. Two we're always focused on the long term and the longer term strategies here will be the ones with less risk. Well conversely the shorter term strategies while they have a little bit more risk can also have higher upsides as well. So it will come down to your goals and your timeframes and what's important to you right now and also your tolerance to risk.
