Are You Building Things on Your Team?

Are you building things on your team than taking it back to the business and trying to get bying, or are you pulling people from the business as youre building these new propositions? I would say various, region by region and team by team. Depending on many ways, their appetite for the work they were doing and also their resource at their disposal. In my experience, both our experience and outside of experience, and it's something that we do, is we involve the people right from the beginning. So in that we make short dove tales into something that will benefit them as well.
