Lessons Learned From the Stock for Stock Deal

You need to assess when you do a deal like this, an acquisition on both sides, especially when it's a stock for stock deal. Go in with your eyes wide open. You can't just let yourself be 100% controlled by what you may view as short term shareholder considerations. It doesn't mean that we wouldn't have done the deal. I said, we'll take a chance, because you don't necessarily don't do it.
