Do the Hard Things This Year?
This year has been really interesting for me, in reviewing two 18 and planning for two 19. One of the things that i'm working hard this year to do is to launch a publishing company. And we have an audacious task ahead of us this year. In 12 months, we've got to launch a sustainable publishing company which will outlast my life span. That's one of my big rocks. I've never done that before. It's hard. It's different. It's challenging me to grow, but it is something that's imperative that i take on that challenge.
