But that's the prerequisite, and that's the the filter that we need to kind of work through. Then from there, it depends on the role. Ifyou're oingt be placing them into a leadership position where they're going to have decision making power and be mentoring and guiding other people, you need somebody with the right talent. So just because they're a great person, theirso thisis the analogy we se in the book, is, if you're dating, looking to marry somebody, what you're generally looking for is a great person
