Jung was adamant that Christianity and Christ will hold your soul together in the times of chaos. His advice strictly was that all of Europe goes back to Catholicism, actually. He didn't really like he was living during the time when orthodoxy was getting rinsed by the communists. So he saw that as probably a dead end at that point.
