There's so much private equity capital out there, it's something like 14 trillion. A lot of shrewd investors are saying, wait, let's wait for this dislocation to play out. What we're seeing at the very top among the largest private equity firms is there's no strong impetus to go public anymore. So what you see is the big guys trading private companies.
