Do Ism and Buddhism Allow Space for Degenerates
Ism and buddhism allow room within the social order for the unassimilable, who might disrupt community. The people who do not or will not assimilate within the community are precisely the people that nitha identifies as degenerates. And it may well be adaptive, just as it is in science, for a society to allow space for descent.
