Morgan started the company in 1980 with like very little money, like $50,000 or something. He came to me and he said, hey, why don't you write some software that can calculate this thing? It doesn't seem so hard. Calculate this if you are, write some software to print this form. So I said, okay, so I did. And then we were the only lender that had the ability to generate truth and lending in 30 minutes.

Patrick Donley sits down with Pavan Agarwal about how his company, Sun West Mortgage is using artificial intelligence to improve the mortgage underwriting process with a product they call Morgan. Morgan utilizes what's called empathetic technology to expedite and enhance the entire loan approval process.
