"I think the labels have really harmed us, but we are patterned human beings. And that's what we like to go by," she said. "You can certainly be a less leaning or liberal person without subscribing yourself to to wokism." She says her most success is in telling her story of being a former leftist and looking at them as if they had been there four years ago.
