The Importance of Restructuring Seminaries

I wish that they're, what I wish we could do if we had all the money and time and space and influence would be to like restructure seminaries. Because it's one thing to hold these little meetings for people that have gone through a bunch of trauma, but seminaries are not necessarily equipping people for really what this job entails. Like they almost are equipping you to be, to hide or to build a false persona.
