I've seen other in terms of the premium or membership stuff. I've seen other podcast systems do the same thing as well. As with anything else on the web, content is king. And for some people, they're going to get fulfilment because they help build the awesome thing at an awesome place to work. Whether it's mentorship or teaching, or being recognized for their experts. Some people that kind of pooh poo the idea of getting some kind level of personal fulfilment out of it. But for me, it's hay luck.
