The Rise of Stock Prices in Certain Areas

There's two areas that I want to expand on holiday or expensive holiday areas So some coastal regions that were maybe over-inflated to begin with. Like up and around sort of ballon away that there's a bit of excess stock in the south Wales need north coast everyone. Yeah, I think there is Stock levels are up in certain areas so probably no surprise that as a result of interest rates rising There was always going to be some of this It was just a matter of how much now again as I keep saying it's not blood on the street so calm down a little bit on that but as certain areas that we're seeing more and more stock available.
