The Importance of Transparency in Integration
Steve really had this vision of we need to be open and transparent and transparency I think was key because you got to be able to play around the software. He shut down the integration side of business right to focus purely on the software side, invest more into integrators long-term with certifications and training or all these different pieces. We don't even always like you're saying you haven't made every decision perfectly we've had some stumbles but ultimately it's been that focus to just make sure that we provide not only a sound product but a good business that supports it.
