The Evolution of the Web

I started doing stuff with Computers before before CSS existed or I remember learning about it at some point. At the moment We are just what powers the web? I think it's still the same things and we just have different ways of interfacing with them as developers. The mutation and the removing of elements so the changing is our leave that to the framework.
