How to Be an Essentialist in the Clinician Educator World

Caroline: I was thinking about sometimes the some of the scary things to me or maybe other clinician educators is figuring out how we integrate kind of scholarship. How do you highlight all the incredible work that you're doing as a pediatric pulmonologist maybe from a scholarship side and then find time to like be an essentialist? Eros: Well so I will admit this is something that I also struggle with is you know publishing and writing and prioritizing that because I think in my mind I thought oh that's not that important to me but for me reframing it was key.
