Is It Mental Illness or Not?

Solly: I think that tony cole char character does, but it's like her hereditary drama goes so farat like she's hopeless. But the message of the movie is that, like, you're pretty powerless. You're like, mental illness that's handed down by you. Solly: There was a potential here to talk about real world issues like mental illness and like struggling with motherhood. Instead, ariastor kind of uses this as like dressing on something where he just kind of wants to have a beautiful fuck up at the end.
