Empathy Is Running Low - What Do You Do When Empathy Is Running Low?

The biggest thing for me when i am feeling this exhaustion, especially when it comes to all things empathy, is planning a very fun lesson like o north grade teacher. A huge reason why i went into this field is to let create incredible, fun learning moments for kids. And so any opportunity i can find to just plan something fun that fuels me up, like that brings me joy. I think that timing piece is essential to oh my gosh, i would that would ruin my whole week start don my wake like that.
