My role in NHS England sits in the national team. So for people who may be less familiar with the way our structures are organized, so you have the national NHS England. We make funding available through different mechanisms to make sure that that vision is realized. And a final element of our work is we hold ourselves and others to account to make sure actually we are delivering on the vision and the objectives that we've set ourselves.
