Sterling: My strategy definitely works best when markets in a trending market. But when mark the sideways, there will be a lot of fake breakouts or breakdowns. And you'll just get chopped up. How do you handle that mentally like was it very tax did you do anything outside of trading to help you? Sterling: I definitely went into a drawdown for sure. It's nothing crazy but it's definitely frustrating it's getting to you.
