What Is a Palsar?

Palsars are the rapidly spinning degenerate husks of dead stars, turning hundreds of times a second. Astronomers can use them for all kinds of stuff - and we might even use them to navigate the cosmos. We've said this many times before, that this then space is big and there's room for all of this. And so im so happy that yougaser are doing this. More genuine good space science news reporting, please.
