Is Sociocracy the Key to Democracy?

Sociocracy is decision making collectively around consent rather than consensus. It's a more inclusive and then ultimately resilient process because it's based on mutual trust. You can actually just allow something to progress if you believe it's worth experimenting with. And that's really powerful.
