It Pays to Be Nice

Linda caplin thayler and her co-author, robin coval, have a simple but powerful philosophy, it pays to be nice. They found that the most successful people were those who had this nice trait actually. So being nice isn't acting wimpy, not at all. We're a big believer in people call it net working. I call it nice working is look at those opportunities with strangers, a people you meet on a train or a bus or a meeting to create small talk. Every time you do that you create a connection with another stranger. And that connection can lead you to things that are unbelievable.
