The Growth Mindset in Teaching
Coaching can develop growth mindset when you use it in classroom. It makes something as a much longer process in which you constantly try and to improve. Dylan William isn't there who said we don't want to get better because like we told you or something but it's because everyone can be a better teacher. I think that's the whole thing with the growth mindset that you're on a journey of learning and you have to keep learning about what makes your teaching great.
