Anime was my childhood. I grew up watching Pokemon and like Dragon Ball in Japanese. Like a scene of them making toast, for example, gets overdubbed into Japanese. Growing up in an Asian household, Japanese household, or Nighidi was just the most like normal concept I've ever seen. It's likewatching an American content like Dexter's laboratory. You don't really eat bread with everything? Because at least in Japan, the concept of eating bread with everything is like, why?
