Is Critical Feeback a Power Thing?

critical feeback should be given privately, unless you have an agreement that it can be given publicly. It's really key that is by directional. This is not a power thing. We've had a lot of trouble elisting fee back going from report to manager. But it is important thatthe report feels like they can give the manager fee back and that the managers cang t act on that fee back. And all these, all these pieces of feeback have really helped forming ito the person i am to day. And i couldn't imagine being an assystant without that, absolutely.
