How to Be a Successful YouTube Producer
The YouTube algorithm rewards retention and the amount of time that somebody spends watching is directly proportional to the amount of impressions it'll give. So at the early stage, speed of production is very, very important. That's why you see so many people on YouTube that are completely solo and they become absolutely massive because they have complete creative control. The person who just goes to the gym regularly a couple days a week for five years is going to look way better than the person that spends a year thinking of the most optimal plan go for like five days then never does it again.
