Rick Steves talks about the need for belonging and wanting to be around other people. Is a facebook group a community or not? By your definition, how you look at it. The problem that i have with, with facebook as a platform for community building is that you're inundated with notifications of all the other groups that you're in. And so it's just a question of a focusadnd, i think that's where things get a little bit lost.
