The Importance of Choosing Our Crosses

Every lay person listening to this is afflicted with the priesthood in some way. A lot of them are very painful, but if we pick them for ourselves, they're not our crosses. And then thirdly, there's this balance between yes, every priest should be a saint and no, all bishops should be saints. That's a weird tension to live in.
