How you communicate with those associates, eventually to your customers, really determines how successful you're going to be in the business. So when you're on the bottom, the weight of of the organization sits on the leader as opposed to being able to somehow leverage gravity. And just as you said, andy, i i do think it's a myth for leaders to think that they set a statement and then it kind of cascades down thog the organization. It doesn't work that way.
Everything changes when we picture our organization upside down, with the CEO bearing the weight at the bottom and pushing vision up through the organization to the customer.
