The Mother of All Disconnects

The disconnect principle is talking about how, you know, something happened that didn't meet my expectations. And the ultimate disconnect is the disconnect between what the organization needs and what an employee is willing and able to do. I believe we need to think about employment more the way we think about going off and finding a supplier or someone to provide a service for us.
