The Importance of Spending Money on Training and Education

I think that sometimes it's getting those basics right that will open the door, and it also gives non-military speakers an ability to really understand where you can add value. And on Cam's point, I always sort of roll my eyes a bit when you speak to guys coming out and they want to spend their credits on courses. So this is something I'm really passionate about. The difference between training and education are fundamentally kind of quite different. Even though I do actually work for a training provider and we sell training and stuff like that, spend it on a degree, spending on something that is going to transcend the next decade of your kind of activity in those areas as well.
