The Spiritual Practice Is a Must Practice
The spiritual practice is retreating and going back into relationship with the natural world. If we don't practice it then in those moments when we're in the middle of that violence or that um just you know destruction we have no resources to be present in it, he says. "We can just kind of like calcify and feeling uh and there was lots of rioting going on" He recalls a wild church gathering where they were all sitting together looking at birds who must know what's going on but are still doing their thing.
