Is There a Difference Between a Scalein and a Programmer?

We don't culturaly really have like an agreed upon set of levels to be better or worse than that, except kind of intuitively. I think it's often not clear to people that they might need to develop in that until it's too late, or maybe not even then. And we certainly don't have like, well developed, practiced methods.
